How do I get my daily bonus when option did not appear in game Candy Soda?

Today tried playing game. Usually the daily bonus appears. But today it did not even after closing out and reopening game several times. I am on day 25 or so in a row!

Sometimes there might be a delay and if you're playing on mobile device, make sure the game is connected and have access to internet.

Extra features in the game can come and go and if it still doesn't appear for you, do not reinstall the game app but come back to us with your User ID and game app version installed so we can check further for you.
