Not working properly

Hi @flappetybat, sorry for the delay in responding.  Are you playing on a mobile device?  If so, the only way to fix that error message is to uninstall and reinstall the game but I have to warn you that you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved to your device.  Regarding going back to level 1 there appears to be a new glitch that just started and I will be reporting this to the community manager today.  I need to know if your game is still going back to level 1 so that I can add your message to the list.
