I figured out that you get that when one of the other players pick the same square as you did for completing the challenge where the guy is in the picture.1

I contacted support and the answer I got from them was to ask on here and another player may be able to help me. Wow! What great support they give, and I even told them I lost 20 gold bars because of this issue!0
