The game crashed a couple of days ago and I tried the suggestion of force stopping apps and restarting and that didn't work. I also lost my day count which I was at 972 days and over level 2300. What can I do?

Hi @Moppet2003, welcome to our community. When did the game crash? Was it while you playing a level? Unfortunately the daily bonus cannot be reimbursed back to that day but on day 7 you will be back to double boosters. As far as your progress please give me more details. When you open the game is it showing as level 1? There is a new glitch that I will be reporting to the community manager in a bit so please give me more details.

Thanks for responding. I can't even open the game, but moderators have emailed me what to do and hopefully reinstalling will work.0

Do you have a more recent mobile device rather than an older one? Give it a little time and try it again later today. Maybe their server is down right now. I haven't tried to play the games today. Let me know in a few hours if you are still not able to get in.

Mine didn’t work either. I deleted the game then opened and it didn’t go back to where I was . Level 10280

Please all of you get back to me tonight. If you still can't get your level back then it's got to be a new glitch and I will elevate it to the community manager. Some players are getting it back with a reinstall.
