Get 50 gold bars when you've passed 20 Levels - Extra feature!

We in the Community, are unable to replace any items that have not been received so this must be reported to our Player Support team here

Please make sure you specify the feature/special event that did not pay out the rewards so Support can report this to the studio.

Note that with this event, it only counts if you have passed 20 NEW levels not levels that you have already passed and it can take up to 24 hours before receiving your rewards.

Yesterday in the morning i was on level 912 when i saw the message, this morning was on 936 level.. It's more than 20 new levels... Right?

@agornati @Lizzy1829 @KVasileva Please tell me if you finished new levels or went back to the old ones. In order to receive this reward, you need to play exclusively 20 new levels.

Hi, yesterday in the morning I saw a message that said if I passed 20 levels today I’d get 50 gold bars. I passed more than 20 levels and I didn’t receive any gold bars. To0day in the morning i saw a message that said Sorry, next time.. Why?

I don’t remember exactly. It was either around 2:00 am central or 6:00 am central. I’ll wait until tomorrow to see if it adds them. Thanks!!

Hi @agornati and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I've noticed this in my game today too but I was so busy that I couldn't play any level. Do you remember what time was due? I think it was midnight CET. If so, it is still not midnight here. It can happen that servers are slowed down a little bit so I would suggest waiting a little bit. You can also try force closing app and opening it again. Let me know what is happening so we can elevate this to our CM if it persists. Thank you for your understanding.

I’m still waiting on my original gold bars. How long are we expected to wait? Are there any updates? It seems like this is just being pushed aside at this point.

I seem to be unable to use my gold bars even though my piggy bank says its full.
How can I fix this

Xarly it has been 2 days and I still haven't gotten mine and I don't want to play now because I can't get rewards I earned I have been cheated I even messaged support about it

Have completed 40 levels and never got my gold bars ....

Hi @miamigirl55, by any chance do you have a print screen saying that you are supposed to get this? Did you just start the game and it said when you get to a certain level that you will receive gold bars?

Hello I am having the same problem. I completed 42 levels during gold rush and still never got my gold bars

@cbiggins, by any chance did you get a print screen showing that information? I will tag @Xarly who is the community manager for this game. Perhaps he can go into your account to find something there.

Hi there.. same thing happened to me. I played more than the 40 levels. It doesn’t specify NEW levels and I’ve played twice this way before with no issue. Today I didn’t receive my gold bars

No I didn’t take a screen shot. But it was an offer at the beginning of the weekend that said if I completed 40 levels I’d get gold bars as part of “gold rush” and then I completed 40 levels by midnight on Sunday but this morning it said I didn’t complete enough levels for the promotion. However, if you look into my account you can see that I did.
