Game starts and then freezes

A few times recently I've started a game and all the candies come up a single color which is very odd, The board is cleared quite a bit but then the candies don't fill in and I can't make any moves. I have to refresh and I lose my turn. Anyone else having this problem?

No I don't know if you can get your Facebook friends there but you will get King friends to send you lives. I ONLY play through King. I dislike Facebook and haven't played through them in over a year.

Make sure that when you want to play on Windows 10 that you go to the Microsoft store and install the game app from there. If you use the version that comes with Windows 10 it won't update when new versions are released.

Yes, I have Windows 10 but what does that mean "play through the Kingdom"? I play through Facebook so I can send my FB friends games and request them as well.

Do you have Windows 10 on your laptop because I am going to suggest that you play through the Kingdom instead of logging in with Facebook. That might solve your issue too.

Yes, I play through Facebook and I never knew about the expired tab but sadly (I guess), mine says it's active so that's not the issue. I'll try deleting the history when I get home and see if that helps. Thanks.

By any chance are you playing through Facebook? There was a glitch this weekend where a lot of players opened their game and they were back at level 1. We gave instructions to go into their Facebook settings and click on the Apps and website and then when that comes up to click on the "Expired" tab and if you see the game there that means that the Facebook token expired. Click on the edit and then click to fix it. Try that if you play through Facebook and let's see if that works for you.

I play on my laptop. I'll try clearing the history. Yes, mine opens and starts a game (although you can tell it's not a normal game right from the beginning. For instance, all the candies will be yellow), but then it freezes so I lose a game without playing. It's happened a few times in the last week or so.

Hi @gmdietz, a couple of players wrote here yesterday saying that the game doesn't open but yours opens and then freezes right? Are you on a mobile device? Can you clear out the history and make sure that you have the latest version of the game?

Do you have Windows 10 on your laptop because I am going to suggest that you play through the Kingdom instead of logging in with Facebook. That might solve your issue too.
