Level 199 giving only 20 moves.

Question

I can't pass level 199.  Im not spending money on this game to pass. Every video or article I've found states that you try 25 moves on this level. I'm only given 20.

Hi @Karey, welcome to our community.  The videos that you see online are created as soon as the levels are released.  The studio monitors these levels and sometimes has to "tweak" them a bit.  That is the reason why you have less moves than the videos.  The studio tweaked that level.
