Episode race - internet connection

Hello, I won the episode race and didn't get 5 gold bars. Supposedly no INTERNET CONNECTION.

Only I play all the time without internet, because everything runs with me over Wi-Fi.

What does that mean to me now? Do I still get the 5 gold bars or have I been unlucky.

It's a mistake by King.
