Lost my progress- can this please be fixed?

My phone glitched and I lost all of my progress on Soda saga.
I hadn’t linked it to Facebook.
Is it possible to get my progress back?
I was on level 921 😀😀

Fill in all the required information and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in you will receive an automated email message. You have to reply to that message and explain your issue in order for the team to reach you. If you don't reply, they won't reach you at all.

To look into your account they will need your game ID. If you don't know where to find it, follow the instructions on the link below.
