Get 50 gold bars when you've passed 20 Levels - Extra feature!

I seem to be unable to use my gold bars even though my piggy bank says its full. 
How can I fix this 

I’m still waiting for my gold bars. It has been too long now they surely must have found the issue!! 

Again.. I played and if I don’t get my gold tomorrow I’m going to be very upset. I’m expecting 2 payments now! 

I’m still waiting on my original gold bars. How long are we expected to wait? Are there any updates? It seems like this is just being pushed aside at this point.

Hi @agornati and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I've noticed this in my game today too but I was so busy that I couldn't play any level. Do you remember what time was due? I think it was midnight CET. If so, it is still not midnight here. It can happen that servers are slowed down a little bit so I would suggest waiting a little bit. You can also try force closing app and opening it again. Let me know what is happening so we can elevate this to our CM if it persists. Thank you for your understanding.
