Same issue on Apple iPhone 6.
its bizarre as I’m connected to mobile data. I’ve also tried connecting to wifi. Same issue. Says cant connect to internet but I clearly am - any further advise available yet?! It’s only on soda not any other candy crush. Feels a little like people are being ignored by the “support” here 🙈🙉🙊💩 -
Hello there, I have this problem aswell. Candy Crush Saga, Soda and Jelly wont connect to the Internet... I cant log in into my King account and have no possibility to send lifes, participate in contests etc. just play. I can not even buy boosters, so I guess its in Kings interest to solve the problem... I am playing on Android and the internet connection loss is since june or even longer. 😐

I am having the same problem as most players. It say's I am not connected to the internet, and will save my progress for when I am connected. I can still play the game, so obviously I have internet connection, as I use my PC to play this game. For 3 days now this has been happening. Please can you sort this out, as I can not use any of my prizes for collecting sweets etc.

Hi, I am also getting internet connection error and it keeps prompting me to try again (but never works). Is this something that is happening to everyone or just some unlucky few ? Would like to get it solved ASAP as this is stopping me from getting a phone upgrade as I can’t save my progress. Please help.

hi, please help. I play candy crush, soda crush and farm hero’s and all 3 say connection issues - cannot connect to internet :-( I have a king account and when I try to log in, it says connection error, please try again. When I do, it always comes up with that message.
I have reset password and completed all the updates, but still error. Can you help me resolve this?
