Lost all my levels

Hi, I recently logged back into Candy Crush, Soda Saga, I forget what level I was on but I want to say somewhere in the 800’s and yes, I’ve always had it linked to my FB account. Hadn’t played in a little while, just logged back in, reconnected my FB account and it has me starting back at level 1...I’ve spent a lot of money on this game in the past so I’m pretty upset. Is there anything that can be done?

It's not easy to get back to where you was at because you have to have to go through Facebook so many times to get in and it shouldn't be that hard to get to where you need to get back to

@BellaSerenity, do you happen to play on an Android or Apple device?

I tried that already and it still reconnected with to the wrong account...

In this case @BellaSerenity, you need to reinstall the game app so you can connect using the right account as your history is still remembering the old account.

Note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/King account at this stage will be lost.

However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully).

I think I figured out the problem but I don’t know how to fix it. I have 2 FB accounts and I think I logged into the wrong one but I can’t log into the other one now...I don’t know what to do
