missing golden tickets. and prizes.

i had 3 golden tickets. from level 2219 i earned 1 more from level 2225 but i inly have 1 golden ticket from the last board which is 2225 . i worked hard and long to get those tickets i dont think its fair that i dont have them anymore. im also mussing my missing candy prizes. is there any way you can help this problem.

Are you referring to the Golden offer, where you have to collect a certain amount of tickets to get the offer? Also which other rewards are you not receiving?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace any items that have not been received so this must be reported to our Player Support team here.

Please make sure you specify the feature/special event that did not pay out the rewards so Support can report this to the studio.

Hope they will sort this out 😕
