On candy crush soda, canceled orders still were charged
I tried to order 1.99 of bars twice a couple days ago at the end of a round in candy crush soda. Both times the app hit a snag and said sorry nothing was charged. Checked my bank and it showed a hold for each attempted purchase. Today, my bank showed they both went through. The app doesn't show that I received the bars. I checked my Google play account and it says both purchases canceled so I can't click on them to get my money refunded. How do I get my money back?
