All king apps got no (mobile) Internet connection

Hi all,

I hope someone is able to help.
The last few weeks I have not been able to connect any king app to the Internet while on mobile data.

I have gone through all the steps I can think of to resolve:

- checked connection settings
- remade apn segup
- updated apps and system
- reinstalled apps
- rebooted phone (of course)
- checked operator limits and restrictions (none exist)
- tried multiple locations, so not a single mast that has a problem.
- everything else connects fine
- tested speeds. Not great for 4G, but latest test was 6mb down and 10mb up

Appreciate any ideas to resolve this.

Hi all.

After trying for days, I've found the solution to this :

Uninstall Facebook and then clear app cache.

Worked a treat, and you can reinstall Facebook after if you want.

Thanks for the feedback @Ganelin, I'll report this to the studio to see if it helps with the investigation.

So far, we haven't been able to reproduce this issue sot it might be related to the provider...

That is correct. King games connect fine on WiFi, but not at all over mobile net.

All other apps/games work fine over mobile connection
