    Will not connect to internet on phone or iPad. No problem with other games.

    My Candy Crush game won't connect with WiFi or cellular data. When completing a board, the wheel just turns and won't let me go back or close the board so I have to restart the game completely. Or it will say no internet. I updated the game on Nov 12, 2019. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. None of my other games are having any issues. I have an android. I've read the discussions and it seems several people are having the same problems without any resolutions on King's part. Someone please do something! Candy Crush is the only King  game I play regularly and have played regularly for years. Honestly, I'm ready to just delete it and be done. I have an android. I have updat

    Is your Avatar and Gold bars in the right place?
    Show me a screenshot of the problem you're experiencing while connecting game to the server.

    Also, make sure you have the latest update of the Google Play Store app installed.

    Finally, clear the Google Play Store cache by using these steps:

    Open the Settings menu on your device.
    Go to Apps or Application Manager. (This option might differ depending on your device.)
    Scroll to All apps and then scroll down to the Google Play Store app.
    Open the app details and tap the Force stop button.
    Tap the Clear cache button.

    Clearing cached data can free up needed space by removing temporary files. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again.
    To clear the cache for the Candy Crush Saga app:
    Open your device's Settings app.
    Tap Apps & notifications.
    Tap the Candy Crush Saga. If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info.
    Tap Storage and then Clear cache.
    Restart device & Check again.
