How can I change my username on here??

I did not choose this username, and I don't like having it be my real name due to privacy issues. I tried to change it on the "edit your profile" page, but it will not let me. I sent a message through the "contact us" page also,  but no one ever responded.  Help!!

    Hi @Kathy_Shattuck and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 How do you mean you didn't choose your username? When you sign up you are asked to choose the username and the password.

    We are not allowed to change usernames but I will tag Community Moderator who is currently in charge @QueenB as I think she will be able to help you.

    But your name here on the Community is already Raindrop 🤔

    This thread is not a request to change King user name nor avatar but to change the Community name. If you want to make changes to your King account, you need to do it your self and to make sure game apps are synced, you need to disconnect the game app from your King account and connect it again.

    Hope this clears out any doubts :)
