“No connection to internet”. - Reported!

Not sure how to do that? I'm pretty sure I'm connected to King because I can see my friends from fb..I was able to send lives also. But some parts of the game still says no internet connection? Makes no sense to me?? Please help

Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile? Are you playing through king.com because that site has a lot of glitches going on right now.

I could see my facebookfriends even though I was logged out from King.

How to see if you are logged in?
Enter profilebutton(see picture) and see if you are.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Would you mind me asking few questions for my clarification!!

1) When you said "Rest your Phone" -- what did you do?
2) The message "No Internet Connection" -- are you seeing it only for Soda game OR other games too (if you play any)!
3) Other than "Resetting your phone", did you try any other trouble-shooting steps?
4) Can you provide a screenshot of the message "no internet connection"?

King is full of s--t!!! This makes no since that people are having the same issue of no internet connection and they are not putting any real effort into solving the problem!!!😡
