Can you please explain more about the issue you are having? Is your game saying "Store not available" OR were you charged, but have not received the items you have purchased?

I try to use my card to Purchase Gold bars and the app would not take my card I then contacted my bank to see if there was ahold on my Card as there is money in my account.. The bank Did indeed have ahold on it which I was able to straighten out when I went on the app again it still would not take my card

@lesmnmo1 unfortunately, we cannot support you when it comes to issues with your card as King games do not hold your payment details.
Depending on the device you are playing on like if you're playing on an Apple device, you need to check your iTunes account or contact iTunes Support for help.
