    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having in your game!!  Can you please tell me which game you are talking about?  Are you playing on a mobile device OR on a PC?

    If you are using a mobile device, is this the only game that you are having issue with?  OR other games are also acting the same?

    I don't think it's a mobile problem, the same thing happens on a tablet, 2 weeks ago I had no connection problems, it always says connection error try again
