I have an issue with the gumball goodies since last year do you have an ETR already?

Hello @Gizminho_Branco and welcome to our wonderful community. Are you not able to receive a free gumball every 48 hours? I remember another player had a similar problem. I'm sure the studio must be looking into it but at this time I have no new updates to the issue. However I will ask to see if there has been a change and if so I will post it here in the comment section below.0

@Gizminho_Branco, are you having the same issue as @Ceridwen1980 as reported?
If yes, could you both please let me know which device you are playing on and the game app version you have installed?
Are you playing on Apple, Android, Windows 10?

Let's try to clear the Google Play Store cache and see if that helps.1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'
3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'
4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.
Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.
Now restart the device and open the game, and see if you are able to connect.
