I am also waiting for this reply. I am Connected but when I try to use helps like special bonuses le start with Freckle or look how going in my group it says NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET< or Wait til you are connected to the internet. I look forward to a QUICK answer both here

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Unfortunately, we do not know why this issue occurs but, the ONLY remedy left for us to solve this issue is to "Delete and Reinstall the game App"!! It always resolves the issue but, the down-side, we will loose all our saved up boosters and the Lives received from our friends!
So, if you would like to go with the Re-installation, please follow these steps ---> Delete the App --> Disconnect from the WiFi ---> Clear Cache / Cookies ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes ---> Connect to WiFi ---> Install the App and log-into your Kingdom or Facebook account.
Your game should be all better and work properly now! If it doesn't help you, please come back and post by tapping on the empty Comment box located below.
Hope everything works out fine! Have a great rest of the day/evening!
1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'
3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'
4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.
Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.
5) Restart mobile and install the game and try connecting it to Facebook or King account.
Apple devices - Clear Safari cache:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook or King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari - (Super important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/ King account so your progress can sync.
Windows 10 - Reinstall the game app:

- Try the steps here.
NOTE! Deleting the game app will mean that you will lose any saved boosters, lives your progress made on the Daily Bonus and other extra features.
Player Support will only be able to replace any lost purchased items and if this happens to you, please contact our support team directly from the game app:
- Open the game app
- Select the cogwheel
- Tap on the "?" mark
- Scroll or search for "Purchases and Gold Bars"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit "Contact Us"

I have deleted my email address. It is Soda. When I click on the 'group' man for what I have to do so we get 4 across "Internet access TRy again later " even though I am playing the game on my desktop thru Google and have never had this problem before. I can play but if I get a 'prize' of 1 hour recieve 'stripe candy' I cannot use it as again says Not connected to the internet. I have used on ipad recently but this has never given me this problem when back on desktop and I think but unsure as I am unwell I god same message when I played on ipad.

Hello @manfredo and welcome to our wonderful King Community. In addition to what my friend @Spinnifix has said above about the International Corner, it appears there is a problem and if you see "There was a connection error. Try again in a bit" this issue is currently under investigation. There is no fix or workaround for this now, but we will keep you posted.

If your mother tongue is German, or French, or Spanish, you can also post your problem in the sections. Could you please update your game and clear the cache? To your second question: The games are different on each device, since it contains different programming. Hope that answers your question. My name is Manfredo (sorry, English isn't my first language) and I'm playing Candy Crush Saga with my Grandson at a PC with Windows 10, I didn't connect it to Facebook (I use Facebook for other reasons, and don't want to connect it to Candy Crush); we reached level 2134, and suddenly it looks like the game has lost the communication with Internet (despite the computer is connected to Internet).
(I've also Installed the game at my Cellphone (android), and connect it to my google gmail; there I haven't no problem, but the two games are different.)
Could someone give me a clue in how can I solve this ?

I’m still not able to connect to WiFi so that I can compete in the race, send or receive lives etc, Any other games that I’m playing are connecting fine other than King games.

Please update your game and clear the cache. You should turn it off for 10-15 minutes and then start again. If that doesn't help:

Whenever I try to claimm my prizes I get a notification saying " no internet access prizes will be available when i connect to the internet" I am connected. How can I solve this?

When we are having this "Internet Connection" Issue on one single game (it can be Soda or any other game), and all other games and Apps are working fine, the best option for us is to delete and reinstall the game.
This clears up all the Glitches that App is having and help us to play the game without any interruptions from now on wards!
But, please be aware that all your saved up boosters will be deleted and they will not be reimbursed by the King Team UNLESS you have purchased them with real money!
If you would like to go ahead and reinstall the App, here are the steps for your to follow:: Delete the App ---> Disconnect from Internet ---> Clear Cache/Cookies ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes ---> Connect to WiFi ---> Install the game ---> Log into the game ---> You should not have anymore issues now to log in OR to collect the prizes from events and special features.
