I passed the level in candy saga but haven't moved on! Why??

Sometimes, the rewards sent by the team won't come in if we are already playing the game.
To see the goodies sent by @Xarly, Close the game --> Clear cookies/cache --> Restart your device after 2 minutes and log-in to the game again. Usually, that does the trick for me.
