Why am I being told there is no internet connection when I am definitely on line. It’s driving me nuts,

I'll try to re-install the game in my computer with Windows 10; until now, I've tryed and couldn't install it, because it said that I've it installed already.
If you have any suggestion; before I uninstall the game and Install it again (I think with this I'll lose the level I've reached); let me know.
