I am also waiting for this reply. I am Connected but when I try to use helps like special bonuses le start with Freckle or look how going in my group it says NOT CONNECTED TO INTERNET< or Wait til you are connected to the internet. I look forward to a QUICK answer both here

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Unfortunately, we do not know why this issue occurs but, the ONLY remedy left for us to solve this issue is to "Delete and Reinstall the game App"!! It always resolves the issue but, the down-side, we will loose all our saved up boosters and the Lives received from our friends!
So, if you would like to go with the Re-installation, please follow these steps ---> Delete the App --> Disconnect from the WiFi ---> Clear Cache / Cookies ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes ---> Connect to WiFi ---> Install the App and log-into your Kingdom or Facebook account.
Your game should be all better and work properly now! If it doesn't help you, please come back and post by tapping on the empty Comment box located below.

1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'
3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'
4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.
Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.
5) Restart mobile and install the game and try connecting it to Facebook or King account.
Apple devices - Clear Safari cache:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook or King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari - (Super important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/ King account so your progress can sync.
Windows 10 - Reinstall the game app:

- Try the steps here.
NOTE! Deleting the game app will mean that you will lose any saved boosters, lives your progress made on the Daily Bonus and other extra features.
Player Support will only be able to replace any lost purchased items and if this happens to you, please contact our support team directly from the game app:
- Open the game app
- Select the cogwheel
- Tap on the "?" mark
- Scroll or search for "Purchases and Gold Bars"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit "Contact Us"

I'm not able to get any of my perks with this game because its saying I don't have internet access even when I do..any idea why??
Don't bother. Hundreds of us have tried this fix. The problem is not with us or our devices, it is the game. Stop trying to distract us with the same old solutions and just fix the issue. It has been many months with no connection. If it was our device or wifi why would all other games work? I've tried clearing the cache and deleting the app nothing helps.

I sometimes get this picture myself. Please try again immediately. Close and open the app and try it out. Sometimes it's a loose connection. Don't worry. If it still is. Please update your game and cache clearing. Otherwise, only the uninstallation remains. Please note: The booster and life can be lost as it does not save your device. Do not worry. When you get to level 1. Please don't play level 1 and finish it and then refresh and clear the cache. Then it should be okay. Please try it out. Otherwise please report back. That I can help you further !!!

I'll try to re-install the game in my computer with Windows 10; until now, I've tryed and couldn't install it, because it said that I've it installed already.
If you have any suggestion; before I uninstall the game and Install it again (I think with this I'll lose the level I've reached); let me know.

Probably a server / internet issue. Have had it happen to me many times in the past. Also, be sure to check your MS Account, to see if any charges have gone thru. The game may also say at the end of "Contacting", "Oops something happened on our end, no funds were taken from your account". However, the MS Store, every time has charged me, after an order did not go thru. I am disputing 3 charges because of this. The game is doing its job, it is the MS Store, that is not doing its job, on these false billings.
My solution, has been to close the game, then reopen it. You might lose or see a different number, like on the amount of gold in your piggy bank, for example at Candy Crush Saga, had 30 Gold Bars, after above message/s, might have 29 or less. I just play till it's back to 30 again.
I don't use smartphones or own one. Connections are iffy on them, since the airwaves are bombarded with wifi devices. I use wired ethernet direct connections, are still the way to go. Yes, Win 10 Pro - PC, is how I play. Have Comcast/Xfinity Speed, 1 gig down, 35 mp up. So really shouldn't have any connection issues. But it happens, because game servers are bombarded with request.
So close game, reopen it. Or wait a few mins, might be a bottleneck on your server connection.
Check your online MS Account, to see if you were charged or not.

P.S. A Comcast/Xfinity tech. showed me a meter reading on why smartphones or anything wireless, was bad to have. There were bubbles all over that meter, especially he said in apartment complex areas. The airwaves are bombarded with wifi phones, wired ethernet direct connections are still the way to go. In fact my neighbor, has to go outside to even try to get a good connection on her calls. She lives downstairs btw, goes outside to phone me, yup that bad. So use your desktop app, if you have it.
In Candy Soda Crush Saga when I try to buy gold or boosters, the screen where you buy says 'Contacting' and has done this for several days.

It's been telling me I have no internet access even when I do have ..any idea why??
Why does this game report "no connection to internet" over and over again after winning some boosts? The board where you select tasks to do, when there are 4 in a row you win things like unlimited lives for 1 hour and a gem. Well, this happened 25 minutes ago, and I was all set to have unlimited lives for one hour, but every time I clicked it, it gave me the error "not connected to the internet." It was not on my part, as I am always connected with my cable modem. It just seems really convenient that the error happens after a win, and since I clicked the thing over and over with the same error message, I finally gave up in frustration, so I lost my rewards. :( Thanks for nothing!
Well, I'm not angry like other people looks are here, but, seems that the problem isn't in each devices from the people who has this trouble; must be some 'bit in off' happens inside the software for (at this point) unknown reasons.
If someone has the time to investigate and find out which is that 'bit in off', I'll be thankful, otherwise, I'll try to uninstall and install again the game. Reach again level 2149 will take me a time, but I'll do it with pleasure.
