Why am I getting no internet connection when trying to play arcade, but I've collected my daily booster and am able to play title quest

i cannot play the arcade, it keeps giving me the message: no internet access, even though my internet is working properly.
I am having same issue playing samsung s10. Restarted phone, checked for updates, uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure what else to do...

And yes, I also have connection with wifi and the latest update, and received my daily bonus. Do you play on a mobile iOS device?
Restart ur phone, try wifi n data... n check whether u on the latest version ...

I love Kimmy's Arcade. It spices the game up a little bit and I had it for a while there then it just disappeared!! Was wondering has anyone heard about when it might be back?? ๐๐

Me too! Since I updated yesterday 30/03/20. Was working perfectly fine before but now when I try to use Kimmyโs Arcade it says no internet connection. Iโve tried WiFi and data and resetting phone.
Tagging @Lola_Pop and @LadyRaffie Do you know if there is a problem with Kimmyโs Arcade? Looks like the Arcade doesnโt have an internet connection. When time is there for free play you'll see an exclamation point on the icon. Itโ missing.
