Why aren't we all experiencing the same "technical issues"?

I don't even know how many days my game hasn't played correctly. No more random boards means I can't even come close to winning races. No bonuses makes it even tougher. Yet here are these players blazing through the levels no problem. From what I've seen on the community boards not everyone is experiencing this problem, WHY? It seems very unfair. I'm an extremely loyal player & I've even purchased bonus packs in the past. I'm not a casual player, yet I feel like King is hanging some of us "old timer's" out to dry. It's been awhile with no fix in sight, or even formal acknowledgement of the several problems plaguing us. I honestly just want to play my favorite game & I'm being hindered from doing so by the team that brings us the game... Is King going to give us any kind of compensation after the problem is resolved, or is this just going to be a "lost week" (or longer) for some of us?

I'm sorry if you have a problem. There are different causes. 1. the different platforms what is played on. Then the location provider. I would recommend updating it and clearing and restarting the cache. At the moment, many are flushing on their devices at home, which can lead to problems. But better times are coming again.

The game IS updated! I've done everything except uninstall & reinstall because I want to continue my daily boosts. I am NOT the only one experiencing this problem. From what I can see on the message boards, my problem won't be fixed UNTIL there is another update. Clearing the cache doesn't even fix it. That is frustrating considering we don't know when a new update is coming, so until then, everyone else is just passing me by in every race because I just keep getting the same boards over & over again. So instead of giving me advice that you know isn't going to work, you can just tell me, No, King will NOT be giving its players any extra bonuses for the inconvenience...
