I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!
Are you seeing a "Green Spinning Circle" that does not end? Do you see a pop-up message also OR the circle just keeps looping and you exit out of the game?
When did the issue started? And are you experiencing any other issue OR is it just this one to buy moves / lives with your Gold Bars?
