The problem has already been reported and work is under way to fix it.
By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.
When this issue is resolved you can contact our Player Support if you can get some booster back.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

I also get the message cannot connect to internet. I have tried all solutions suggested including restart of my phone & deleting & downloading game again (which caused me to lose an almost 300 day streak-bummed!) AND it still did not fix it! It’s not as much fun to play without all the boosters!! My other King games Are working just fine. Please help!
