I am trying to play on facebook using a mac. The higher levels seem to be frozen, not allowing me to click on them to begin a game. Please help.

  Hello @chelleswright !

  I'm sorry to hear that you cannot play through Facebook at the moment. Do you get any error message? Have you tried out the steps our Superstar @Sukanta_Biswas provided?

  None of the suggestions have worked. I have tried on two computers and am experiencing exactly the same problem.

  I tried to use king.com and it wont open at my level after Iʻve synced. It loads and gets to 100% and hangs there.
