Log in issues and no unlimited lives
Hello,
I am still waiting to be able to log in from my tablet without receiving a message saying: "Wrong email and password combination"!? Because if this message, I have changed my password several times today. And, I still have not received Unlimited Lives! I have the latest version, which was updated 4/28/20. Please, please fix my issues! I refuse to change my password again! I do not play on my phone. I play on my Kindle.

unlimited life only available to phone and win10 PC users ... so u want to try on phone ???

You can show me a screenshot of the error message you received when you logged in to the game?

Unlimited lives are only available on select platforms? Then explain to me WHY I have Unlimited lives this week for Candy Crush Friends on my Tablet, which this reply is being sent from...And as I mentioned in a previous message, I had unlimited lives until the 4/28/20 update! Please fix my game!

I did NOT mistype my password! It gives you the option to 'see' your password befoee you enter. It has been typed correctly I have already changed my password 4x and I will NOT do it again! It has not worked from the beginning.
And I'm still waiting for a response as to WHY Unlimited lives are ony being offered to players playing on thier phone or PC, but I have Unlimited lives on Candy Crush Friends on my tablet. Pleaee advise!

I have cleared the cache from my Tablet and still only have 5 lives. I have lost 3 days so far of being able to enjoy Unlimited play. I have provided several screenshots below to show I have the updated version as well as it stating "Unlimited Lives on ANY mobile device. I only play this on my tablet. When will I get Unlimited Lives? And I am still not able to log in to save my progress. It shows 'wrong emai and password combination. I changed my password 3 or 4 times yesterday and still not working. I am not changing it again! Please have these issues fixed so I may enjoy gameplay! For some reason it won't allow me to 'attach anything. The version I have is: 1.167.2 Last updated 042820
