why do you use fake help?

In all the games I have played, you get weird advice preventing you mostly from winning.

The problem is that it highlights parts of the board and prevents me from seeing what is possible, on a cell phone much more than on a computer.

Why do you do that?

    Hey @Anne_Martin,

The hints as we call them are there to help players check the possible moves that they have left. That said, due to player feedback we are seeing that to some of you this is not ideal. On Candy Crush Saga we are already testing the possibility of having them being optional for players. For now, the feedback is very positive around this but we still have to see how it goes (and who knows, maybe bring it to Soda if possible!).

But to answer your question, we do it to make sure players don't get stuck because they cannot see any possible move ahead of them.

    I hope this answer helped!

    Cheers,

if the moves helped, it would be great. But they mostly take you to a dead end...

@Anne_Martin if you’re still around and you’d like to, vote here for the option to remove hints on CC Soda 🙏👍😊 https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/comment/718567#Comment_718567
