Connection problems
Starting yesterday I’m having connection problems. I am on WiFi in 3 different locations including home. Until yesterday it was fine on the same Wi-Fi connections. I can only play the game. Can’t access any special features like Mr Toffees fair or the race . Can’t get my daily gift. Keeps saying connection problem. I have turned my phone off and on and rebooted game with no help. I can’t even access my profile!

Hi.I have been trying to accept lives given to me by team mates but when I click on accept it tells me 'Oops something went wrong' or 'No internet connection' and to try again later. Those lives that didn't go through are then lost.
If I didn't have internet I wouldn't be able to play the game so it isn't a glitch my end.
Will I get those lives back?
Is there a glitch on the game?
Anyone else had this problem?

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

I've been having the same problem with collecting rewards,purchases...oops no internet,causing me to lose a level I would have won! Very frustrating and upsetting!

Trouble with connecting problems. Starting yesterday I’m having problems with connection. I am on Wi-Fi including my home Wi-Fi and work and it always worked there before. Now I can access the game but I can’t access any other features like the daily prize or the fair with a race. Anytime I click on them it says there’s a connectivity problem. I can’t even access my account through my email because it says there’s a connectivity problem please help. I have tried rebooting the game and turning my phone off and on. I’m afraid to delete the game and reload it that I won’t be able to get back to the level I am at but this is very frustrating

The problem has already been reported and work is under way to fix it.
By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.😥

I'm very sorry to hear you're experiencing connection issues. Our Studio is working on improving the connectivity, but there are some steps that can help you now.
Android - Delete the game app and clear Google Play Store cache:
1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'
2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'
3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'
4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.
Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.
5) Restart mobile and install the game and try connecting it to Facebook or King account.
Apple devices - Clear Safari cache:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook or King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari - (Super important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/ King account so your progress can sync.
Windows 10 - Reinstall the game app:
Facebook:
- Try the steps here.
NOTE! Deleting the game app will mean that you will lose any saved boosters, lives your progress made on the Daily Bonus and other extra features.
