I was ripped off again was on bonus day 94 and it took me to 1

why is it when I reach high bonus I get it taken from me ? This was even when I was on 343 days I was ripped off too

please help me

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
