Pass 10 levels to receive 100 gold bars

I received an email link to play more than 10 levels before Sunday (about 36 hours) I achieved this within 6 hours. In fact I played more as I went from level 320 to level 347. It’s now Monday my time and I received another email in the middle of the night saying I still have time to achieve this!! Where are my 100 gold bars? I did this easily and feel very annoyed. I also never get any results from this forum so I stopped playing for quite a while. Prove me wrong please. Where are my gold bars?

@Sk8mum it would be helpful if you included what game you are playing and tag the community manager so it can be checked out. I gave never heard of this offer in any of the games I play on my device.

I received the same email. I passed more than 10 levels and did not receive the 100 gold bars.

I got a notification when I opened my game Friday saying pass 10 levels by 6pm Saturday get 100 hold bars. I did that way past that and hit nothing. I logged in again this morning and had the same notification to pass 10 levels by tonight at 6pm get 100 gold bars. I did that again and still no gold bars. What is going on?
