As far as boosters that you have paid for - Player Support can help you get those back. Please click on this link: purchase issue page and follow it's directions to contact player support so they can help you with this problem.

You may need to connect to the Internet, or you need to verify your connection to your Facebook account, or there is a malfunction in your game. Try to log out and log in again. Clear the temporary storage memory.
