As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

However, we don't want to bring it back until we can guarantee the best playing experience for our players, that's why we all have to wait a bit longer. The team listens to your feedback, @sonny411j , and that's how they've been able to fix some of the issues already.

I agree, will not be playing any longer. I dont believe it is taking this long to fix. Spend some of the money we all invested in this game and get yourself a decent tec to fix it. NOW!

NO NOT enjoying the game at all!!!! Not that you care or anyone else at King. Your "timing" was perfect to "fix" the game, BGH down at the start of a pandemic, when everyone has to stay home so they'll spend money, that they probably don't have just so they don't go mad with boredom. You are all GREEDY, I really hope Karma comes swiftly for your entire company and people see how GREEDY and uncaring you are for the community and the company goes bankrupt!!!!!

Your hilarious. Im Not waiting another couple of days, let alone a couple of weeks. Im finished now. Deleting soda as we speak. Not just because its boring AF now, But because ive been a loyal player for years. Spent a lot of money on Soda and now when all your loyal players beg for bgh you lie and say “wait weeks”. And still only a maybe. You cant afford a tech guy to fix a not broken bot in an already established game???? Yeah right!

Need to do something king everything i seam to buy goes up in price aswell, firstly piggy bank went from 60 gold bars to 30 for £2.99, then the milestones in saga £28-99 and now £48-99, in the scrolls used to be 30 gold bars and now down to 20. It's just one thing after another. Kind regards Paul

We’ve got an update straight from the Studio and we want to share it with you.
It is taking longer than expected to get the Bubblegum Hill to work perfectly again after the launch of the new version. The team has solved most of the issues and is working on some more. We expect to be able to climb the Hill in a couple of weeks. Of course, we will update you as soon as we get more info
We hope you can still enjoy the game and practice hard so you’re ready for King Chewy’s comeback!
