What is wrong with DAILY BONUS?
My daily bonus reset today to day 1. I should have been on day 220 or 221 upon logging in today. I have not missed a day, I play every single night before bed. This has happened before and had to be fixed after the investigation was complete. Now its happening again. This is not fair. I have spent too much money on this game for all these bugs to continue to occur..... i need someone to explain to me why this is happening and please reset my daily bonus back to where i was. Thanks.

Welcome to the Community @Nichole83 I am so sorry to hear that your daily bonus is reset to day 1. It cannot be restored 🙁. The daily bonus can be reset for various reasons, such as an update of your device or game app, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches. Then it will reset back to day 1 but on day 7 you will be back to getting 2 hours booster and 30 minutes life again. They also repeat every 3 days.

Why am I not getting the Daily Bonus? I got it the first day that I played, about two weeks ago, but I have not received it since then. Can someone please help? Thank You!

As the post above says, I am not receiving the prompt for the daily bonus at all. I log out and in and still cannot get CC Soda to allow me to get the daily bonus. I play the game under the name of Daisy, I have tried to change the name, but I can't change it either! Would someone please respond and help me?! Thanks.

The daily bonus can be reset for various reasons, such as updating your device or game application, the time you log in, and one-time glitches. Then it will be reset to the first day but on the seventh day you will return to getting two booster hours and 30 minutes of life again. They also repeat every 3 days.
