I've checked with the studio and they have no reported issues and can not see any "red flags" that points to an issue. I myself play on a Mac but I do not use Safari but Chrome and all works fine.
Have you guys by any chance tried a different browser, cleared the cache? When the game gets stuck like showed on the screenshot, does refreshing the page help?
You could try removing the game from Facebook and install it again. First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.
In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps:
Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.
Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache.
Search for the game on Facebook and start playing.

I'm having the same problem and none of the suggested fixes have worked - I had no problem until the last update on facebook and then it began to happen occasionally now it is happening in all the crush games

I'm having the same problem... tried everything and nothing worked! I tried to play with my iphone, macbook, ipad and had the same problem. I removed both facebook and candy crush soda apps and installed again!

Yes on Safari on my PC. I downloaded Google & started using it to play the game & it works. fine.

I am still having same problem on Safari on my PC. I ended up just using Google & it works fine. I will switch back to Safari when this is fixed. Thank you

Yes on PC with Safari & I do get error messages when trying to play. I switched to Google & it works great.
