As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)

That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
You said on the 4th it would be back in 2 weeks. Now you say it will be more weeks. You have lost all credibility. You need to tell the truth. Is it coming back or not? If so, give us a firm date.

No bubble gum game again... No new levels... Why would I even wanna play this game any more?
I just updated and lost all of my boosters!
It's almost weekend! Would like an update on BGH. Want to plan my weekend if I'm playing soda crush or cleaning my garage!!!
I have also cut way down on playing. I finished the highest level on Monday. I would play BGH while waiting for new levels. I could accumulate bas and hammers. Now there is no way to get additional gold bars except for the race. But with the race you basically have to finish all the levels in one sitting to even get a chance of getting any bars. Need BGH back!

I agree with most about bgh. I am at the highest level, always waiting for Friday when new level are added. But with no bgh, I can't save up hammers to use in the game. I refuse to pay for any more boosters. I don't play very often anymore ,for 2 reasons. One, your programmers can't stay ahead of me to add new games. You add 15, and I've finished them in 1-2 days. Two, there's no bgh to win free boosters. So after several years of playing, you will be losing me as a player.
Lucky you I still have nothing and not bothered playing now for a few weeks. Only log in to get the daily free booster and even at that I let it go to waste 😥
Bubblegum hill taken away for a useless game? Having to pass 20 hard levels for 500 bars, that’s fine for the new players but us on the higher levels it’s impossible! Or is that your agenda? So you think we will pay money for boosters?

They distroy the game, the community, they reputation. So bad. No BGH, the new lollipop booster is not working ect.. they just want more money. But I will not buy goldbars or anything.

There is no way that they can guarantee BGH will work fine. There will always be something. I think what you meant was BGH will never come back anytime soon.
I am in agreement with everyone here. I am about to move on to a new game. Looked forward to bgh on the weekends and am losing interest fast, this has gone on to long.
Agree with this suggestion free boosters daily of hand swift hammers and stripped hammers even if they are on timer
