As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

No one here will tell you that. They claim that they are still testing BGH because it is not perfect. Look for the main discussion update BGH thread.

I think they remove permanently BGH.... it’s been too long I don’t know if it will ever come back
The least they could do is tell us exactly what is going on and give better updates...

I've been saying it for 15 weeks now it's just a big cash grab from these garbage pails
@ipete - I agree, they just keep stringing people along with no real update, other than "the studio" is working on it. The bottom line is they want people to spend money, and they will because they're addicted to the game. King's revenues were more than two billion dollars in 2019 and will surely exceed that this year due to the pandemic. They don't care about their loyal customers, which is obvious in the ways they manipulate the game.
The latest update is on page 40 from @Lola_Pop community manager. But it just said no BGH this weekend. Not good enough update in my opinion.

I can hear the heads at King, "Lock down is almost over, but it may rise up again, don't bring it back yet, people are spending money still, some can't see through our GREED, keep it "broke" for a few more weeks and see" Why do I have a feeling the MINUTE all lock down is over with, "magically" it'll be fixed. Used to be able to win the flying saucer thing in regular CC on FB, noticed BAM that got taken away too, just as the lock down started happening too, yet your game board one way to tick off a tile is by using the flying saucer "guess what they can't tick off that tile till they spend money" I so hope this company goes bankrupt, KARMA!!!! I've been playing games with Big Fish Games lately, check them out, they give people 10 FREE downloadable games. King doesn't care about it's players, it doesn't take this long to "fix" something that wasn't broken.

Also I wish they would stop the jumping to "You claimed all the gifts...time to go royal...." for 50 gold bricks. Every other game I feel like a high pressure obnoxious sales person is knocking on my door. OBNOXIOUS .....stop it. I will play the game. I will NOT be goaded into BUYING more. Enough already. I agree, also there ARE other games similar... best fiends is what I have played for the past 3 months in place.
