Why can't I send my friends lives?

The problem just started 3 days ago. Can't send any lives.

Check app update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after turning on> Open game and sign in. If not, then there is definitely a technical problem.
Please clear the cache and update it. This is important!!!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game with sending lives!
Are you having this issue in the "Soda Teams" feature OR while sending to your "Facebook" friends? Can you please clarify?
** If it is while sending lives through "Facebook", can you please explain what is happening when you select "send lives"?
