As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

I can see there have been some players who haven't received all their rewards for the Bubblegum Hill- I'll report these cases to the Studio.
If you're one of the affected players, please post your player ID below. You can find it HERE.
On the other hand, there has been a debate going on about the testing in the game. Please understand this is a very normal user experience research methodology. King, as many other marketing-oriented companies, uses so-called A/B tests to get to the best player experience. These tests can have a shorter or longer duration, depending on many factors.
I hope this clarifies this a bit. 😊

And I hope if the Support staff does fix the missing BGH rewards issue, it doesn’t cause unintended problems, which I read in other threads. Now I am a little discouraged from playing BGH because of spending time and boosters to finish the game, but may not get rewards. Was really looking forward to BGH’s return because I needed to earn some boosters.

My username is Teddie T, version 1.171.5 of cc Soda on iPad . Now I am missing rewards for five completed BGH games (30 lollipop hammers and 5 hours of playtime). I am over the 5,080 level (though I haven’t posted screenshot for badge), so I update Candy Crush often in order to get new levels. Thanks.
@headoperations - I don’t think you are are being argumentative at all. You have every right to feel the way you do.
I’m sorry your game has changed but again I will say I don’t believe specific players are targeted. You have done everything I would have recommended to do In order to have your game at optimal experience.
I hope the ads return to your game sooner rather than later. I wish I had a better answer for you.

Lucky you @headoperations I play Soda and Saga for many years, game and device (iPad) always updated, plenty free space but I’ve never had ads.

Nice you have BGH back. You say you can’t go back to play. What do you see? Can you show me a screenshot? Do you see the levels like you are still sitting on the throne, waiting for the gold?
@headoperations - the easiest answers to give are "it's in testing" or "we've provided your feedback to The Studio". However, in my experience, you never get a substantive answer from either the game experts or the CMs. Also, it's impossible for me to believe that they don't manipulate the game in an effort to get people to spend more money. They know people are addicted and they take advantage. King Entertainment revenues exceed 2 BILLION dollars in 2019 and I would have to believe they're on track to significantly exceed that in 2020 as a result of the pandemic. All of my game features have been taken away (with the exception of the Daily Bonus), but I won't be spending any more money 😕

Hi, I haven’t had bubblegum for weeks, so to find it back this weekend I was made up, I played one game, and since than, it’s there but won’t let me go back into it to play, it’s driving me crazy, what is going on please
@headoperations - okay. Just to confirm you have updated your game to the latest version, cleared your cache and cookies and have at least 2 Mb of free space on your device?
Also do you have an older device? Perhaps your device is no longer compatible with some of the newer features??
I don’t have all the answers but I can tell you players are NEVER targeted because of their so called purchase history.
I really do hope you still get some enjoyment out of the game 🙏🏻
Why is it that in order to get bgh I have to log out of my profile
then log in through face book
then I get the bgh
every time I clear the board I have to do that

Yes, I got it last Friday, some players got it earlier. They roll out slowly. Make sure your game and device is updated and hopefully you’ll get it soon. You can find out more about this new feature HERE
No screenshots, but is the standard BGH message box (with a sad looking bubble king) saying no internet connection. I have seen other people posted the screenshot. Years ago, the same thing happened once or twice, but this time the missing rewards frequency is too high. I just want my 30 lollipop hammers since I’m low on them.

I thought BGH worked very well although I did not reach KIng of the hill this weekend:( I was playing all the other new features!! I really do hope some time could be dedicated to BGH during the week.. I can’t play new levels and BGH all at once!! Lol.. I am shocked at the amount of feedback and testing this provides for King for free really! Now that’s not bad it’s smart marketing and obviously quality products or this amount of passion for Bubble Gum Hill would not exist!! Nice work!!
