As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Hello @1969mates and welcome to our Sodalicious Community. They have been working on BGH for quite awhile now. It has come back recently in a slightly changed version and is not on a regular schedule yet. You can read more about it here.
When will bgh be ready to play it's been 5 mths already and nothing?
I had bgh all weekend
I am from Malta
it worked well for me and gave me all my rewards
the only thing is in order to have bgh I had to
clear the game
open again
go on my profile
log out
then log in with face book again
then bgh appears
had to do this on my three devices every time I close and open the game

why is this can someone explain please
before bgh stopped it used to appear on its own
also one time I had jimmy arcade
told me it will be back in 12 hours and never did
it’s a shame as it’s really nice jimmy arcade to play and give you boosters without too much effort

Can you ask how come I had in the middle of Saturday suddenly the regular BGH. Then it disappeared, 2 hours later the renewed BGH (which I do not like at all) came back and that disappeared after once winning the throne and came never back..... So the weekend no BGH, at the end of the levels, no BGH too bad 😔

Well, I have the lightning BGH and I have one word for it.
STUPID.
Why do you need to "fix" something that isn't broken???
No BGH at all. Time to stop playing.
I stopped playing for 3 months when bgh went away. I do not have the bad lightening version right now but rest assured I will stop playing again if I do... and go back to best fiends. Being so focused on quarterly gains can affect long term revenues if the player base becomes frustrated enough.
I loved all game experts comments here voicing your opinion about the new and improved version of BGH. I hope the studio will be more generous about giving out prizes. But the trend doesn't look good. So greedy, I think.
I must say, I am not a fan of the new version of BGH that requires us to use "energy" instead of lives to play. It is making it very difficult to play as I only have enough energy upon login to play twice, before I am forced to sit and wait for the meter to fill back up to 50%. I do not understand why they are making us wait more when we already have to wait to get dethroned before we can play again. It seems the studio wants to stop us from winning so much. 😕
So yesterday BGH was there irregular for max 2 hours and disappeared. Today haven’t seen BGH at all, and I am at the end of the levels... It’s gonna be a new interesting week 🤔
am not experiencing this "lightening" version of the game, but from what I'm reading it sounds an awful lot like the failed SODA CAPS restriction which was introduced on May 1st which effectively restricted you to an initial play of 5 games and then one game every 30 minutes thereafter … allegedly to not interfere with regular CCSS gameplay. this also corresponded with the problems I started having with BGH.

Can you please check you have a stable connection to the Internet? This could be a reason for the different features to disappear at the same time.
Moreover, please bear in mind the Bubblegum Hill and Kimmy's Arcade are events which are not always live for every player, so it's very possible you'll see them again in your game soon.
Last but not least, the Soda Summer Event is made out of 4 different steps, so you may have to wait a bit in order to play the third one 😊

I have BGH and someone else also. But i play one time and it cost me 50 energy of 100. The other one 20 energy of 100. Why is there a difference?

app is up to date, logged out act, but again no BGH.
Over level 5000 and this is the reward from King.
