Where have my prizes gone

this app has been glitching for days I’ve woke up this morning to find my prizes 4 fish 3 candy bombs missing I had 1 lollipop which has also disappeared too. What’s happening??

    @scarney Hi and welcome. . firstly can you check game is up to date and log out and restart your device then is resolves your issue. if not let us now what device you are using

    I have done all them things I restarted my phone because it was playing up when I woke it kicked me right to the beginning again. I’ve logged in with fb and gone back to my original level but all my prizes have disappeared. I am using a iPhone 7 with up to date iOS.

    @scarney Hi, i know its no consolation but boosters on mobile devices are stored on the device itself so if your phone is changed, reset , reinstalled or crashes all boosters are lost and are unrecoverable. Unless they were purchased , then you can contact customer support from your game and they will help you with this

    Well that’s a bummer Never happened before when I’ve had to restart my phone.

    @scarney Would not have been because you had to restart your phone but maybe the issue with why you had to restart it

    Welcome Dear,

    Very sorry for your loss of boosters. But this happens sometimes as boosters are stored on device ( so that we can use them even if we are playing offline).

    that is why it is often recommended not to store too much of boosters on your device as it can affect your game play also. Unfortunately there is no any mechanism to restore the lost boosters in the community.

    Any how i would like to encourage a good player like you that you will surely earn them back and we wish you good luck.
