Hello...what features do you have on your device? I only have toffee's fair that I can win boosters.

I get a daily bonus of 30 mins life and 2 hours of which ever booster it chooses that day. The more you play in that 2 hours the more boosters you win when the times up. I also have the Nobel prize to win them and the summer festival.

Very sorry for the loss of the reinforcements. But this sometimes happens when the boosters are stored on the device (so we can use them even if we're playing without the internet).
This is why it is often recommended not to store a lot of boosts on your device as it can affect your game as well. Unfortunately, there is no mechanism to recover lost reinforcements in the community
