I'm getting a no internet connection on facebook

Hi, last night when I was playing candy crush soda, and tick off a tile I got an dialog box that says there is no connection. But I know there is because I couldn't play the game without a connection. I cleared my browser cache, checked my browser, and checked my speed. All is good. I restarted the computer. Spoke with microsoft who told me other's are having the same issue. HELP me. please. I willing like to get my tile tick off. Thank you. I really don't know what more to do.

@andre1234567 Hi and welcome, It seems like you have done all the trouble shooting tips available, could i just ask if you can try on a different browser and see if your still getting the same issue. Please come back to us if you are still having an issue

No, I was using chrome. I can try on edge.

It worked in edge. what a shame I liked chrome.
Thank you. If you find a way to fixed it on chrome later please let me know. Until then I will used edge.

@andre1234567 Glad that worked for you , i will pass this on as may need to look at the chrome thing. Would have thought if you cleared the browser history to beginning of time you would have had no issues. So im a bit lost and may need to be passed on. Thanks for letting us know it worked

Try opening Facebook in another browser on your device and try to sync the game then open the game and link it to your account
