As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

Agree, Lolapop should come with more information. Testing testing testing, I don’t believe it anymore. It’s the same group every week that is left out and testing can’t take months.

No, it's not a misunderstanding and whilst you're probably being told what to say - King should really tell the truth. People are taking the trouble to ask and ask and ask and ask and all they get in return is silence or more untruths. Why?

Lola-Pop we are waiting for BGH to be fixed since March. Your answer that it is under testing doesn’t resolve or explain anything for many players who didn’t have any problems with BGH for years and all of a sudden lost it forever. We need to know when we will get this event or why we can’t get it while other players have it every week. Kings should be honest and tell us the truth. The players have rights to know If the problem can’t be fixed and each will decide to continue playing or not.

@ChampagneCircus , that must be a misunderstanding I'm afraid.
The event is still on a testing phase as y'all know.
I know it's tough, but it's the way to make sure it's working fine again when it's opened for everybody to play. As @tratelqalam says, the only thing you can do now is update the game app to the latest version and always check your internet connection so that you can climb the Bubblegum Hill once you're in the test group.
@Recey , did you receive your Gold Bars at the end? Please let us know so we can have a look at it. 🕵️

It's an empty soda saga right now.
I am currently reigning on bubble gum hill and have been doing so for the past almost 2 1/2hrs... I have 56 gold bars and 25 mins left. This game will end before I get my updated gold bars I should get since I've been reigning all this time. This happens multiple times while playing and I always miss out on my bars. The game is stuck. Please help

Isn't that weird? The only thing got fix is the glitch that allows us to play BGH. This company is #1 in my book. 🙄🙄🙄.

Logout , update your game application, clear cache/ history in case you are using browser, Restart your device, and login to check if it solves your problems.

Why is bubblegum Hill not working. It has hours left to go but when I click on it, its not ready. I've been checking it for 3 hours. I even spent 16.99 on the yummy mix just so I can keep winning in bubblegum hill but bubblegum hill doesn't work

Lucky you, I havnt had bgh for about a month, logged out and back in, cleared cashe etc...I am soon deleting all king games as they all have issues to gain extra boosters
