Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent via Facebook. These Lives are stored in your profile and delivered to your game one notification at a time.
Possible changes and their impact
Changes to Facebook or your device can cause these notifications to be marked as “delivered” and cleared from your queue, resulting in lost Lives. These changes include:
- Updating Facebook
- Updating your Facebook app
- Changing your profile picture
- Reinstalling the Facebook app
- Restarting your device
- Updating your game
Limiting Stored Lives
Because of these potential issues, we can't guarantee that in-game messages will remain on your device forever. To avoid disappointment, we recommend limiting the number of messages and Lives you store in your game.
Request more Lives
If you do lose some Lives, don’t worry – you can always request more from your friends!
Use a King Account
