I purchased the Halloween special for 8.99 and was supposed to be able to play for 24 hours unlimited with all the boosters. It charged me but didn't give me anything!

DID NOT GET MY EXTRA MOVES ON CANDY CRUSH FRIENDS
I attempted to purchase 5 extra moves on level 593 in Candy Crush Friends Saga. It froze up and took 10 of my gold bars but it did not give my additional moves. Very disappointed. I've been stuck on that level for days now. I would really like my 10 gold bars back...

Did Not Receive What I Paid For
I purchased 30 Gold Bars in Candy Crush Friends Saga today. It took forever to go through. Then when I attempted to purchase 5 extra lives with 9 Gold Bars it took the bars, but never gave me my 5 lives. I'm very upset! Can somebody please fix this issue? I want the lives or my Gold Bars back....

I Did Not Receive My Gifts
I've recently completed both levels 705 and 709 in Candy Crush Soda Saga and there was a gift box with extra playing time, lollipops, fish and candy bombs I earned. But neither gift box ever opened. How can I fix the problem?
